Giving Back
CrunchCare is Crunchtime’s nonprofit initiative focused on giving back to our community. A portion of proceeds from our tuition-based programs helps fund scholarships and programs like Giving Madness, making our services more accessible to families in need. We believe every child deserves the chance to grow, learn, and thrive regardless of their circumstances. Through CrunchCare, we aim to remove financial barriers and create opportunities for all children to succeed. It’s our way of making a meaningful impact beyond our walls. When you support Crunchtime, you’re also helping support another family in your community.
How We Give Back
Play For A Cause
We’re proud to support local charities by offering the option to rent out our play space at no cost for the children they serve. It’s a chance for kids to enjoy a safe, fun, and inclusive environment completely free of charge. If you’re a nonprofit organization, we’d love to host you!
Scholarships
We believe every child deserves access to quality education and support. That’s why Crunch Academy offers limited scholarships to help families offset the cost of tuition. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and availability, ensuring more children have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in our inclusive environment.
Assistance Request
At Crunch Academy, we believe every child deserves to feel celebrated and supported. Families can apply to have a birthday party, Camp and/or Crunch Academy tuition fully or partially funded, based on financial need, available funds, and donations we receive. Whether it’s creating a joyful celebration or accessing our educational programs, we’re committed to helping every child thrive.
Sponsor An Event
When you purchase a Birthday Party Package, Camp Session, or enroll in Crunch Academy, you have the option to donate a percentage of your purchase to help fund special events, parties, and tuition for children whose families may not be able to afford them. Your generosity directly supports our mission to create joyful, inclusive experiences.
Charity Benefactor
Each month, we partner with a local charity as our Charity of the Month and donate a percentage of our earnings to support their mission. It’s our way of giving back and helping uplift the organizations making a difference in our community. Charities can apply to be featured for 1 month.
