Crunchtime Academy offers two enriching programs tailored for neurodiverse learners. Little Learner Academy (9:30 AM–1:30 PM) is designed for preschoolers through 3rd grade and focuses on foundational learning, social-emotional development, and small-group enrichment in a nurturing, structured environment. Brainiacs After-School (4:00–5:30 PM) serves children ages 7–13, blending purposeful, movement-based activities with emotional regulation tools, peer problem-solving, and our Crunch & Friends curriculum all led by trained professionals in groups of 4–6.

 

These movement-rich programs aren’t just fun, they’re backed by research showing that physical activity boosts mood, reduces stress, and enhances focus and social skills in neurodiverse children. By integrating strength, coordination, and emotion-focused exercises, children learn to name their feelings, use calming tools, manage triggers, ask for help, reflect, recover, and track their growth with progress badges. Both programs prioritize warmth, individualized attention, and real-world coping skills, supporting every child’s confidence, coordination, and emotional resilience in our gym-based, play-centered environment.
