Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and can be rescheduled 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel or reschedule under 24hours please give us a call at 270-784-4923 for assistance. Personalized letters and gifts will only be provided for those Pre-Registered 24 hours in advance.
