At Crunchtime Collective we believe every child should have access to supportive, structured programs regardless of financial barriers.

Families may request a Pay-What-You-Can spot for any available program.

How It Works

1. Complete the short request form
(only takes a minute)

You will provide:

• Child’s name

• Parent/guardian contact info

• Program requesting (Brainiacs, Little Learners, Summer Lab, etc.)

• Specific date(s) requested

2. Wait for confirmation

You will receive an email for each requested date indicating:

• Approval, If your child has been accepted for that date

• Denial, if the program is full

3. Complete your contribution

If accepted, your confirmation email will include:

•  A secure payment link

You may contribute any amount you are able to pay

• Requests are first come, first served

• Limited Pay-What-You-Can spots available per program

• Submission does not guarantee placement

• Each date is confirmed individually
